Over the past decade of development, the company has consistently prioritized talent cultivation and technological breakthroughs. Our technical team currently includes 6 senior engineers and 15 mid-to-senior level technicians.
The company operates a 1,500-square-meter international-standard laboratory equipped with advanced instruments such as HPLC, GC, and a full range of conventional analytical equipment. This setup ensures strong independent R&D capabilities and comprehensive product testing, providing solid assurance for consistent product quality.
Industry-Academia Collaboration & Talent Pipeline
We have established long-term partnerships with Hebei University of Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. These collaborations focus on joint R&D and production projects. In addition, the company serves as an internship base for postgraduate and undergraduate students, accumulating a strong reserve of talent for future development.
