Description
Sodium saccharin anhydrous is a white, odorless or slightly aromatic crystalline powder that is neutral in water and has a high solubility in water. The sweetness is about 500 times than sucrose. It still has a strong sweet taste in extremely dilute solutions. This product does not contain crystalline water and appears as a white powder. Its sweetness is higher than that of sodium saccharin with water. Sodium saccharin anhydrous is soluble in ethanol.
